GENERAL INFORMATION
Back in 1979, a gentleman by the name of Mike Luth moved to the central coast from Minnesota. An avid Corvette owner, he started looking for a local Corvette club to join. Unable to find a club, he did the next best thing, started one. Golden Coast Corvette Club, (now SLO Vettes), became a reality.
SLO Vettes meets on the second Friday of each month at 6:30 P.M. at Chevrolet of San Luis Obispo, 1423 Calle Joaquin, San Luis Obispo. (805) 242-2108
We are a very active club participating in various local parades, car shows and cruise nights. In addition to our monthly meeting, we try to plan at least one weekend driving event per quarter and numerous one-day trips during the year. We welcome any guests to come to the meetings.
